Station 65 serves as a multi-functional building housing the Fire Administration Offices, the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for the Palm Harbor Fire District and provides fire suppression and emergency medical services (EMS) with advanced life support (ALS) equipment. The Board of Fire Commissioners hold monthly commission meetings at Station 65 on the second Monday of every month at 6pm. Emergency response equipment from this station includes Engine 65, Rescue 65, Squad 65, and District 65.

Palm Harbor's administrative offices are located at Station 65. The entrance to the office is located on the lower level of the station. This is also where the multipurpose room is located and where the Board of Fire Commission meet.
